Background

Max Anderson is the founder of Anderson Assessments. He is a United States Army veteran and conducted combat patrols in Iraq from 2008 to 2009 in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Max graduated from Central Washington University with a B.A. in Law and Justice and began his career in the private security industry in Washington and Louisiana. After a gap year spent backpacking around the world with his wife, he earned a Master of Science in International Development from Tulane University Law School, then returned to private security — working predominantly in West Coast tech, where he built protective intelligence programs and investigated threats to companies and executives.

In 2021, Max joined 360 Privacy as its first Chief Revenue Officer, building the company's enterprise sales program, and went on to serve as Chief Growth Officer beginning in 2023. He remains involved with 360 Privacy as a Strategic Advisor, continuing to support its mission of protecting clients' digital identities.

In 2023, Max and his wife lost their firstborn daughter, Sienna, after a year-long battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Today, Max serves as a Family Advisor with Seattle Children's Hospital and the national Pediatric Experience Collaborative, and he and his wife volunteer with Home Together, a non-profit providing housing for families navigating long-term care at Seattle Children's Hospital. They are advocates for patient and family rights, improvements to quality of care, and advances in pediatric oncology treatment.
